Ok, so I have been slacking off on entries, but that is because I have been up to my eyeballs in work. I am back up to another 11 hour shift day, while my boss takes off to take care of his stuff at home, I am stuck at the lab handling kids and their science fair projects. Plus organizing the lab. Plus setting up the lab activities for the kids the next day. Calibrating electronics. My feet hurt like hell, because I rarely get to sit down, at least all this week.

When I get home, I get to eat, and in some cases do dinner, because Mom is still not feeling well, and the hospital and the doctors are jerking her around. Then I go back to work, trying to bust ass to finish this degree, and it is pretty much loaded with BS things like "Web Page Design". Wig fuggin boo. Same old shit that I have known for years. But they won't accept the Knight Rider Collective or the Knight Foundation, or the Edwards into consideration, because "that is Master's Level" work. *cocks eyebrow* Most webmasters would throw up if they saw this shit. I literally have to do EVERYTHING from scratch, with a lot of redundant bullshit, can't even use my pre-set DOCTYPE header, I have to use theirs, and do it from scratch, and I have to do such mind-munging horseshit as "You have been asked by the local tourism board to develop a web page describing at least three tourist attractions in your area" *cocks eyebrow again* This bites ass.

The ONLY good thing is: the next one is Web Page Design 2, and they gave me Dreamweaver for free. FREE! FREE I tell you! Free!!! I feel pretty...oh so pretty....I love free software, especially when if I had to buy the shit, I would be paying out my ass, and with gas prices being what they are, I definitely will take free wherever I can. Right now, free IS the best four letter word known to man.

Dud and Bitchette have been disturbigly quiet, which is kind of unnerving.

Still waiting for the replacement panel for the pool table to come in, but the carpet...I could make love on that carpet and be happy. And be assured that on this one, I won't get a nail in my ass, which on the other one...was not guaranteed, since they found close to 400 carpet nails scattered UNDER the carpet.

Otherwise, life has been work, work, work. And there is gonna be more work, because the students want to set up a fund drive for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Guess who got 'nominated' to handle the whole effort. I am the patron saint of worthy causes at this point.

Back to the mind numbing web page horseshit. I am presently doing everything in my power to find nice things to say about three attractions around this town, which is kinda difficult, because the assholes who run them, have kinda alienated the locals. But it is a Tourist town, and I just want this shit done. I can pull out some sunshine from somebody's ass, even if it is by force.

Oh, P.S. It snowed in Taos today. I ain't shittin. It was definitely white and crystalline, it didn't stick, though.
